Potato Paste Pancake with Sorghum

Ingredients

· 100g Sorghum

· 2 or 3 Potatoes (depending on size)

· 100g Yam

· A pinch of salt

· Cooking Oil

Directions

Steam the potatoes, peel and mash.

Soak the sorghum and simmer.

Peel the yam and mince.

Mix the above ingredients and add a pinch of salt. Make a round-shaped batter.

Pan-fry the batter using the cooking oil.
